I need to find a few houses to buy before July 2018…
My name is Tyler Weinrich and I own some rental properties around OKC and the surrounding areas. I am looking to buy some more before the summer of 2018 hits us (ready for the 100F days yet???). Where I’m stuck is nothing that is already on the market listed with an agent is working for me. It’s all way overpriced when you factor in the huge agent commissions or doesn’t need any remodeling at all or is something built last year.
Do you by chance have a house you would be open to selling? Or know of someone that might in or around the OKC area?
If you DO have a house you want to sell to me, here are the general terms of my offer to buy your home:
- I will pay all the closing costs, property taxes (current year and past year)
- You aren’t required to make any repairs or do any cleaning
- You can pick the closing date – typically in about 3 weeks, sooner or longer if needed
- Extra time in the house after closing – if you are living in the home you want to sell, I can buy your house and give you up to 30 days extra time in the home AFTER closing to help move or find a new place.

I want to be upfront with you about something before you contact me……I’m looking to buy homes that I can remodel and flip OR keep as long-term rental properties (I also buy empty lots or land). What I want to make clear is that I don’t want to buy your house for $1 and I don’t want to overpay for it either. The money I make from flipping homes or renting homes pays my own mortgage and feeds my own family. At the same time, I would not take your home for free if you tried to just give it to me because that isn’t fair to you. If you want to sell your house at a FAIR price for BOTH of us, let’s talk.
