Q: How soon can we close so I can get my money?
A: Once we agree on a price and get the purchase agreement signed, we try to close as soon as possible. In most cases this is around 2-3 weeks. If required, we can move faster or slower. It really depends on YOUR needs and if we run into any title issues.
Q: How do I get paid?
A: At closing with a local title company, you’ll receive a certified check which you can deposit immediately OR you can have the title company wire transfer the money directly into your bank account.
Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A: Fair, yes. Full market price, generally no. Many of the houses we purchase ARE for below full market value. Why? Well, we have to buy at this level to afford to cover your closing costs, pay for repairs (often $20,000-$30,000), pay for insurance/taxes/utilities/etc while we own the house, then make some money in the end when we sell it.
