This post is a little bittersweet for me. I have owned a property in The Village for almost 20 years. I moved out about 5 years ago, as my family outgrew the house. I thought I could handle having a rental property and it did work out for the most part. Once my renters decided to move, I knew I had to finally sell my first home and I could not put a lot of money into it to fix it up. It just so happens around the time I decided to sell, I came across a Facebook post for someone who was interested in purchasing Village properties. I contacted Tyler [W Properties] and the rest is history. It has been the most wonderful and relaxing experience. Tyler and his group are very easy to work with and make selling your home a breeze.
